Who Should Attend
Does your facility own Vogelsang Pumps or Grinders? Are you interested in learning more about how to keep them running efficiently? Attend a Vogelsang Service School. Attendees should be end user personnel who are interested learning about the inner workings of the Vogelsang Rotary Lobe Pump, RotaCut inline grinder, and X-Ripper twin-shaft grinder.
Course Description
Course will include hands-on training for Vogelsang Rotary Lobe Pumps and RotoCut Inline Grinders including:
- Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair
- Complete power frame rebuild including seal, shaft and bearing replacement
- Preventive maintenance requirements including lubrication
- Disassembly and reassembly
- Cutter screen and blade replacement
- Control panel operation, adjustments and alarms
- Safety procedures
