Gorman-Rupp Super T-Series Pumps
Super T-Series pumps are ideal for pumping wastewater with rags and debris. With discharge sizes ranging from 3 to 10 inches, the Super T-Series® pumps can deliver flows up to 3,400 gpm and heads up to 150 feet. Pumps 4 inches and larger can pass solids up to 3 inch diameter through all critical areas.
Pump-out vanes are built into the two-vane impeller shroud to prevent foreign material buildup and reduce pressure on the seal.
G-R hard iron is an option for applications requiring additional durability. This extends the pump’s life and has a Brinell hardness of over 400. It is excellent for pumping grit slurries and other abrasive liquids.
A distinct feature of the Super T-Series pumps is the removable cover plate, allowing easy inspection and service of the impeller, seal, wear plate, and flap valve. Adjusting the clearance between the impeller and the wear plate is easy, thanks to a unique collar and adjusting screw. This design doubles the life of the wear plate keeps the pump operating at peak efficiency. Pusher-bolt holes are provided to assist with the removal of the rotating assembly.
The Gorman-Rupp Super T-Series pumps efficiently move sewage and sludge, making them a perfect choice for difficult applications.
