Need a better solution to prevent clogging in waste water pumps? Look at the Gorman-Rupp Super T-Series pumps with the Eradicator Solids Management System.

Gorman-Rupp’s Eradicator™ Solids Management System

Gorman-Rupp’s Eradicator™ Solids Management System enhances pump performance and reduces clogging. It includes a new, light weight inspection cover, an innovative back cover plate with an obstruction-free flow path, and a self-cleaning wear plate with notches and grooves. The system includes a lacerating tooth to effectively clear wipes and rags from the impeller eye. This innovative design reduces clogging issues and minimizes downtime.

Super T-Series pumps are ideal for pumping wastewater with rags and debris. With discharge sizes ranging from 3 to 10 inches, the Super T-Series® pumps can deliver flows up to 3,400 gpm and heads up to 150 feet. Pumps 4 inches and larger can pass solids up to 3 inch diameter through all critical areas.

Pump-out vanes are built into the two-vane impeller shroud to prevent foreign material buildup and reduce pressure on the seal.

G-R hard iron is an option for applications requiring additional durability. This extends the pump’s life and has a Brinell hardness of over 400. It is excellent for pumping grit slurries and other abrasive liquids.

This design doubles the life of the wear plate keeps the pump operating at peak efficiency. Pusher-bolt holes are provided to assist with the removal of the rotating assembly.

The Gorman-Rupp Super T-Series pumps efficiently move sewage and sludge, making them a perfect choice for difficult applications.

The volute enables automatic re-priming in an open system without suction or discharge check valves, even with a partially filled pump casing. These pumps are self-priming and can be installed above ground.
