The Gorman-Rupp ReliaSource Package Pump Station with submersible pumps and a walk-in enclosure protects the piping, valves, and controls. The operator is out of the weather and performing routine inspection, service, and maintenance safely.

The fiberglass enclosure comes with a built-in floor, along with the discharge header piping, valves, and controls. This enclosure is delivered fully assembled and tested prior to shipment, which lowers the cost of on-site construction. Furthermore, the pre-installed discharge header piping, valves, and controls simplify the installation, saving time.

The fiberglass enclosure is insulated and includes one (1) access door, two (2) removable service panels, pipe penetrations, lights, a vent fan, and a heater. A variety of sizes are available.

The system is manufactured in a controlled environment, with rigorous quality control measures and testing before shipment. This ensures that the product meets the required standards and specs, resulting in a high-quality finished product for the owner. It also minimizes start-up problems in the field.

Why do engineers and operators prefer this package?

Eliminates the Below-Ground Valve Vault

A traditional submersible pump station has a below-ground valve vault to house the valves and related equipment. However, this package eliminates the below-ground valve vault, simplifying the installation process and reducing construction costs.

Avoids Confined Spaces

Below-ground valve vaults pose confined space entry challenges. This package eliminates the associated safety concerns and needs for confined space entry protocols, improving operator safety.

Provides Easy Access

Above ground enclosures with submersible pumps ensures easy access to discharge valves and the control panel. This simplifies maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation tasks.

Removes Flooding Concerns

Below-grade valve vaults are often flooded. By eliminating the below-ground valve vault, the package removes the possibility flooding and ensures reliable operation even in challenging environmental conditions.

Ensures Favorable Environment

The package creates an ideal environment for the operator and the control panel, alarm dialer, flow meter, and other equipment. This controlled environment protects the equipment from external elements, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

These benefits enhance efficiency, safety, and reliability, making it an appealing choice for engineers and operators.

The ReliaSource package pump stations with Gorman-Rupp SF-Series submersible pumps are very efficient and include multiple features to help ease maintenance. The S-Series submersible pumps withstand the challenging conditions of handling abrasive or corrosive liquids. They are built using robust materials like cast iron, stainless steel, and other corrosion-resistant alloys. This ensures their long life and reliability, reducing the need for frequent replacements or repairs.

All SF-Series pumps use NEMA Premium Efficiency motors and pass a minimum 3-inch solids.
